Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so we can offer that time to another guest. We’ll do our best to find a new date or time that works for you, based on availability. We understand that life can bring unexpected emergencies, and we’re here to accommodate those situations with care. Please note that a delayed ferry doesn’t qualify as an emergency, so we recommend planning extra time around ferry schedules to ensure a smooth, stress-free arrival.
